Our efficient Odoo Bulk Product Price Update - Mass Price Update Module is enabled to manage large product catalogs with ease. Multiple products can be updated in one go using percentage based price update or fixed price update, ensuring consistent pricing control. Prices can be increased, decreased, or reset, and cost based price update can be applied with defined margins for better pricing strategy. Updates can be performed on all items, selected products, or through category based price update. Secure operations are maintained with user-level access control, while built-in validation prevents invalid pricing. Any skipped records are automatically reported, ensuring accurate and reliable price management.
Key Features
1. Activate Developer Mode to access technical settings and user configuration options.
2. Go to Users & Companies -> Users, select a user, and enable "Bulk Product Price Update" in the "OTHER" section.
3. Access the Product Variants list view to review current Sales Prices before performing updates.
4. Navigate to Sales -> Configuration -> Update Product Price to open the mass update wizard.
5. Choose the "Reset" operation and enter a "New Amount" for specific products in the wizard.
6. Verify that the Sales Price for selected products has been updated successfully in the list view.
7. The system reflects updated prices instantly across all selected product variants.
8. Use the wizard to reset prices to a different value for specific items as needed.
9. Confirm the updated Sales Price in the list view for the specific products processed.
10. Apply a price increase by a "Fixed Amount" using the "Increase" operation in the wizard.
11. Check the product form to see the Sales Price increased by the specified fixed amount.
12. Easily apply a price decrease by a "Fixed Amount" for multiple products simultaneously.
13. View the original Sales Price on the product form before applying percentage-based updates.
This module enhances product management by allowing you to update prices of multiple products in bulk using flexible methods such as reset, increase, or decrease.
It supports both fixed amount and percentage-based updates, along with cost-based pricing using margins, ensuring consistent and efficient pricing strategies.
The module also includes validation to prevent zero or negative prices and provides an Excel report for any skipped products, helping maintain data accuracy and reliability across all operations.
