is a useful payment integration add-on to link MultiSafepay with Odoo eCommerce checkout directly. This module will give you a secure connection to your provider api-key. “Customers can pay with popular local and international payment methods. Webhook notifications automatically sync back the transaction status, automatically processing invoices and sales orders when payment is successful. This means that the entire online checkout and order fulfilment process is automated and optimised.

MultiSafepay Checkout Workflow
Customers choose items in the webshop and choose MultiSafepay and enter their credentials. When the payment is paid the notification webhook sets the Odoo transaction to done and posts the payment journal entry. After a payment is confirmed Admins can see the transaction details of MultiSafepay and start the refund wizard to refund the transactions.
1.1 Messages Configuration: Customize help, pending, done, and cancelled messages.
4.1 Payment Transactions: Payment transaction details with reference no. and payment provider name.
4.2 Order Chatter History: Real-time logging of payment initiation and confirmation messages in order chatter.
4.3 MultiSafepay Dashboard: View and track real-time transactions within the MultiSafepay Merchant Portal.
6.1 Refund Synchronization: View and track processed refunds as related transactions in MultiSafepay Dashboard.
1. Settings Configuration: Configure API keys and set state to Test or Live.
2. Payment Selection: Choose MultiSafepay option during shop checkout.
3. Gateway Redirect: Process payment securely on MultiSafepay redirect page.
4. Status Synchronization: Transaction state updates automatically upon callback.
5. Refund Execution: Click the Refund button on confirmed payments to open wizard.
6. Refund Wizard: Enter the amount to refund and click to reverse transaction.
