Complete Workflow for Manage Employee Portal Attendance Pro Odoo App

Go to Website Portal → My Attendance to access the employee attendance dashboard. Employees can perform Check-In directly from the portal, which records the attendance start time automatically. At the end of the work session, employees can click Check-Out to record the leaving time, allowing the system to calculate worked hours. The portal automatically stores and displays attendance records, including check-in time, check-out time, worked hours, and extra hours. Employees can view, search, filter, group, and sort attendance records or open a detailed attendance page to review complete information for each entry.


1.Go to Website → Configuration → Websites to manage website settings.

2.Enable the Portal Attendance option in the website configuration.

3.From the website header, click the user menu → My Account.

4.Inside My Account, the Attendance card provides quick access to attendance actions.

5.The My Attendance page shows employee attendance records in a structured table.

6.Users can filter records using Start Date and End Date fields.

7.The portal provides advanced search with filters and group-by options.

8.Clicking an attendance record opens a detailed attendance page.

9.All portal attendance entries are automatically stored in the Attendances module backend.
