Complete Workflow for Manage Employee Expense From Point Of Sale Odoo App

First we need to activate Employee Expense From Point Of Sale then enable the feature from Point of Sale Settings (Enable HR Expense). After that, open a POS order and use the Create HR Expense option from the Actions menu. Select POS Order, Click Create HR Expense, Confirm Details, Generate Expense once confirmed, the system will automatically create the HR Expense record from the POS order and open it for review and submission, helping teams record employee purchases faster, avoid manual entry, and keep expense tracking accurate without changing the normal POS workflow.


1. Enable “Create HR Expense” from Point of Sale Settings (Enable HR Expense).

2. Open Point of Sale session and click Actions to access extra options.

3. Select “Create HR Expense” from the POS Actions menu.

4. Fill product, description, and price details and click Create Expense.

5. Confirm Expense Details and click Ok.

6. System shows success message after creating the expense from POS.

7. View the created expense record in Expenses List.

8. View the created expense record in Expenses with complete details.
