We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on development experience to join our growing technology team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern JavaScript technologies including Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS, along with experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Knowledge of PHP, REST APIs, AWS, deployment, and server architecture will be an added advantage.

You will work on modern web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, dashboards, and scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with our development and project teams.

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and PHP.
Problem Solving & Logical Thinking

Full Stack Development Capability
Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, and complete application workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance modern web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS.
  • Build scalable and reusable frontend and backend components.
  • Design and develop secure, reliable, and high-performance REST APIs.
  • Develop backend services, business logic, authentication, and third-party integrations.
  • Work with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
  • Design database schemas, queries, relationships, indexes, and optimized data structures.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Next.js and modern frontend technologies.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and external services.
  • Work with PHP and MySQLi for development, maintenance, or integration requirements where needed.
  • Troubleshoot application, API, database, deployment, and server-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with Git-based version control and follow structured development and deployment practices.
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
  • Continuously learn and implement modern development practices, frameworks, and technologies.

Must Have

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
  • Experience developing applications using Next.js.
  • Knowledge or practical experience with NestJS.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Good understanding of database design, queries, relationships, indexing, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of frontend development concepts including responsive web application development.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and application security fundamentals.
  • Experience using Git / GitHub / GitLab or similar version control platforms.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a development team.

Good to Have

  • Experience with PHP and MySQLi.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  • Understanding of server architecture and application deployment.
  • Experience working with Linux-based servers.
  • Knowledge of Nginx or Apache server configuration.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployment.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Experience with third-party API integrations, webhooks, and payment gateway integrations.
  • Knowledge of application performance optimization, caching, logging, and monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of scalable SaaS or multi-tenant application architecture.
  • Exposure to production server management, security, backups, and monitoring will be an advantage.
