Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of Odoo-based solutions through manual and automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, POS, CRM, etc.).
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on new and existing modules.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and implementation teams to understand requirements and identify edge cases.
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved within deadlines.
Maintain detailed documentation of test results and defects using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
Perform end-to-end testing on staging and production environments before deployment.
Ensure UI/UX consistency across modules and platforms (Web & Mobile).
Assist in data validation, migration testing, and workflow validation in Odoo ERP.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Odoo ERP or ERP systems.
Strong understanding of Odoo functional workflows and business logic.
Experience with manual testing tools (Postman, Swagger, Selenium, etc.).
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
