Nowadays, everyone wants all the significant information on a single click. Taking that in to consideration, what magic we have done here is, we have created a one dashboard that has all the key information on a one single page. Regardless of the user type whether s/he is a student or teacher, school or parents will show all the crucial information to all users e.g. classes, notice board, timetable etc. Now, just to be more specific on this feature, dashboard is a user specific means if teacher login then dashboard will have teacher related information and if parents will login then dashboard will have parents related information. The USP of dashboard is that, the moment user login to the PSMS user not need to wander here and there in order to find crucial information. In order to trace key information, they just need to login to PSMS and they are all done, we call this information board as a PSMS ‘Dashboard’. How do you find it, isn’t it wonderful? I guess, it’s. Do let us know your thought on this.
It is the first step to ‘roll’ PSMS for any School, so what happens here. First of all, we will create one user who will create further list of users, that user generally would be a School Head or Principal of the school a.k.a. ‘School Admin’. Now, the school admin will login and create other list of users viz. students, teachers, librarian, accountant etc. Once the user creation part is done, all user can access PSMS according to assigned roles and rights management. Now what does that mean, it means student can’t take presence as it’s fall under teacher roles and rights management. Likewise, accountant can’t issue library book as it’s fall under librarian roles and responsibility. There is a very specific roles and rights assigned with each user type and that user account will function in accordance with that only. From the security point of view, when user is created then user name and password sent to user’s registered email address at first instance it would be system generated later on user can alter it. Easy to follow.
Oh I am sorry, I skipped one more key feature to elaborate, we have one more wonderful feature associated with above functionality i.e. ‘data mapping’. Oh Jesus, now what’s that. It’s a very simple, let me drive you deep, in data mapping what we have done is that, we will share one predefined excel format with school admin and school admin need to paste all the user basic details in to it viz. like name, phone, email, address etc. Once user information gets pasted in to predefined data sheet, then on a single click school admin can push all the user data in to PSMS regardless of the records size. Just to let you know we have tested till 1 Million, hope you have less records than what we have tested, pranks apart. But it’s really a great feature, as because school admin not need to kill time by entering thousands of records manually in to the system. One excel, one click and school admin 100 + hours saved, guaranteed. Like it, we too. Alright then, let’s explore next feature.
We have reach to mars, but still we have observed that still school teachers are taking presence manually. It’s so boring, time consuming and tedious. Isn’t it, of course it is. So what transformation we have done here is, school teacher is a one type of user associated with respective roles and rights. Now, school teacher will login to PSMS and click on “add presence”, then select ‘grade, section and date’ once it has been selected then list of students of that particular ‘grade and section’ will come in a tabular format, clear till now. Alright then, there would be a check box at top of all students list, teacher just need to check that box and all marked individuals will be considered as a “present” and if someone is ‘absent’ then teacher just need to unchecked that box for respective student and then that student will considered as “absent”. It saves ton of teachers time that they are spending in offline mode. Moreover, presence sheet is also available for parents so they can also see. Save time and informative.
Are you still sticking time table and exam schedule on notice board. Come on, it’s time to grow. Welcome to the change. As like others school modules, we have also made time table and exam schedule online as because we thought it’s an essential and at the same it make sense. Let me articulate how this feature actually function, teacher / admin can create time table for student with the help of PSMS, in order to create time table they just need to provide some basis information at PSMS like class, section, teacher name, list of subject along with date and time etc. The moment it gets publish, it will be available to all for view. Now let me articulate, exam schedule. Exam schedule generally form by school admin, now in order to create exam schedule s/he needs to provide some data like exam name, date, time and venue. Same as like time table, once it gets published it will be available to all for view. So give your rest to you notice board and have virtual time table and exam scheduler. Super simple, vague free.
You must have physical notice board in your school, do you like it? No, we also don’t like it, that’s why we have invented this feature. So we got some alternative for you here, we just made it the same concept to virtual, no rocket science. Let me guide you on how it actually functions. So there I go, school admin will create a notice that s/he wants to circulate globally regardless of user type. Notice Like ‘due to heavy snow fall, tomorrow school would be o????’ or ‘on this Saturday we are open because exams are knocking the door and still syllabus is not completed’ or in short anything that admin wants to circulate globally. School admin can circulate any kind of notice globally but the beauty of this feature is school admin can add video, photos, documents along with notice that is not possible with physical notice board at all. Moreover, it reaches to mass on a single click, easy to create, save space, save time and paper and what not. Feeling wow. Great! We too.
Most of the time, when teacher would be taking lesson at that time teacher always feels that book knowledge is not sufficient for students to have a good grip over taught lesson and that’s why s/he prefers to share some additional resources like videos, pre-tests, simulations, presentations, ebooks etc. with students. But tell us one thing, how is it possibel to share all these kind of format in offline mode? To cut a long story in to short, what miracle we have done here is, if teacher wants to share some material or anything for specific lesson to a very specific class / section then s/he can upload any sort of material at PSMS and share with respective students’ community so that anytime students can refer and get clarity on specific lesson or over subject. This feature enhances student knowledge and that helps him/her to perform better in exam. After going through material if students need more clarity they can always reach to teacher and get have clarity. Really, out of the blue! What do you say?
Nowadays, half of the world is talking about save paper, save tree concept. Are you running a school and still are you sharing students result and marks in hard copy format. If yes, then I am sorry to say this, ‘you are killing trees’. Now we are heading towards the most crucial module of PSMS, and that’s student marks and result. Still, many schools are sharing students results and marks in hardcopy format, does it make sense in today’s era. I guess, no. As I have already explained the other features functionality, let me show you how this feature functions. So, in order to give marks, of course first of all teacher needs to login at PSMS, then select exam, class and section then system will show all list of students. Now, after completion of evaluation part, teacher can give marks to respective student. Once the marks are given to student, immediately after that students can see it as per his/her ease and the same gets notified to parents through email and SMS. What say? Fabulous or not?
You must be getting unnecessary SMS like ‘BRAVO! You won $1 million’, you even don’t know who they are and by reading you must be feeling stupid. The same concept we have implemented here but we have added a lot of sense, really a lot. We would be sending appropriate SMS to appropriate audience. No stupidity like others. Let me walk through you on this feature in detail, let’s say ‘if child is absent then parents get a SMS’, ‘if child result gets declared then SMS’, ‘if child fees is due then again SMS’ and there are ton of events where this feature is really important just to make sure that everybody remain on same page and no one miss out crucial information that s/he must know. Mostly, school admin can set events where s/he wants SMS communications happens between school and parents, and then on event start or end time system will run a crone job and intimate to all appropriate audience about the whatever outcome of the event. Amazing!
This is the most innovative feature so far we have designed. Being a parents or school, you always want to make sure that child reach school to home and vice-a-versa on time and if there are some “road blockers’ so you would like to know that as well. Let me shed some light on this ‘brainchild’. So first of all the ‘bus driver = captain’ needs to install our mobile application. Once that part is done, then every day when he starts picking or dropping students then he just need to turn on mobile application during that period and it will allow all users to see from which route bus is travelling in a map format and if there are some ‘road blockers’ it display that as well. So if parents are worry on arrival of their child, then they just need to login at PSMS to see the real time movement of bus and by seeing that I am sure it kills all parents worry in a seconds, same apply with school teachers and school admin they can also explore real time progress of bus. Nothing like this, fabulous.
Questions, confusions and concerns are always exists regardless how good your school teachers are or you school is? So what happens in practical, if any student has a question that’s not during school working hours or let’s say during summer holidays or may be parents have some confusion on some points like library fees etc; can it be answer by teacher or school during holidays or in off hours? No. Correct. So we have overcome this issue by giving a real time messaging system in between all users, it’s something you can resemble with your email box or I can say it’s kind of email only but it’s just covering one school users, no outsiders please. So why we thought it makes sense to have it under PSMS, there are ton of reasons but we thought keeping in mind that students and parents concern are significant and it must gets answered, regardless of time factor. So whether school is open or close, communication in between users never gets pause, it keeps continue and addressed real time. Wonderful!
Hei we got a quick question, is librarian still logging inward and outward entry of your school library books in that old school register, and is s/he still managing ton of archives. One more question in the same direction, how do you manage library fines and other associated stuff? These are all pain points for librarian and in worst case scenario if s/he forgets something to enter manually in the register then it would be next to impossible to catch and at the same time there are 100% chances of error. We know, library is a very small part of the school; but we have given emphasis to all parts that are directly or indirectly associated with the school. Just to slam down librarian efforts and to give precise data of library record and fines, we have created a online inward, outward and fines management where librarian go and keep update records. Now being a school, you not need manage archives at all, your entire library records regardless of time, 1 year or 100 years old it will come in fractions of seconds. Great!
As we have made almost all the crucial parts of the school to online hence we don’t want to skip hostel as it’s also equally important as like others parts. So if function something like this, school admin can create hostel, add students, create room, assign room, collect fees and raise invoice etc. The benefits of the hostel management, everything is virtual hence anyone can do any sort of hostel related activity from anywhere. Like, if any international student wants to make sure that before s/he joins the school, hostel is booked so that s/he not needs to struggle in order to get the hostel room on arrival. Moreover, if any hostel room is not occupied then immediately it gets visible to all students so that if any student is looking for the room s/he can immediately book it. So it’s real time hostel management, and in order to enquire something about hostel, students not need to go hostel with the help of PSMS they can explore almost everything. Good job guys.
You must be paying your electricity bill, mobile bill, DTH bill online correct? then still why are you paying and accepting school fees offline. Does it make sense especially in this era where everything in on just one fingertip and still we are behaving like ‘old school boys’ no right. As we have observed most of the school are still on offline mode when fees part comes but we have included that part as well and integrated payment gateway with PSMS. So if you are a parent then you can pay your child various fees online viz. Library, Education, Hostel etc. no need to go physically at school. If you are a school, you not need to hire someone just for payment collection. The moment, any parents pay the fees it gets credited immediately to school account. So it kills unnecessary physical travelling and unnecessary physical travelling at school for fees submission. Alright, now we are done with almost all features, I am sure now you must be convinced. Call us now to explore demo.
