Branding Manager & E-commerce Specialist (USA Market Focus)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branding Manager & E-commerce Specialist to lead our brand development and growth in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, app marketing, and executing successful digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and sales. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand-building strategies tailored for the USA market.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and branded websites to maximize sales and conversions.
  • Plan and execute app marketing strategies to increase app installs, user engagement, and subscription growth.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
  • Strategize, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, and mobile ad platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including partnerships and UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns.
  • Design and run email marketing campaigns to retain customers and improve lifetime value.
  • Monitor app performance metrics and optimize user acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of all marketing, branding, and app growth tasks.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Provide leadership, set clear expectations, and ensure timely completion of team tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in branding, e-commerce, and app marketing, especially in the USA market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing e-commerce websites, Amazon, Walmart, and growing mobile app users through paid and organic strategies.
  • Expertise in social media management, Meta ads, TikTok ads, Amazon ads, Walmart ads, and mobile app advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UGC trends, influencer marketing, and app store optimization (ASO).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a results-driven and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience launching and scaling a brand and mobile app in the USA.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Firebase, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to branding, app user experience, and emerging trends.
